Sarah `Sally` Ann Cooper , Age: 88

Sarah “Sally” Ann Cooper, 88, of Olympia Washington, passed away on March 3rd 2024
surrounded by loving family.
 
Born in Owoho, Nebraska to Dannial and Magdalene Cruise her family moved to Washington
state during the Dust Bowl. Sally spent her youth in the sun soaked fields in Yakima before
starting a family. She eventually became the mother of five children who she adored, and lived
in many locations, spending a few years in California before returning to Washington and
eventually settling in Lacey. In 1979 she married Harold Cooper. Together they enjoyed bowling,
traveling and their dogs. In 1997 she retired from Intercity Transit where she had worked for
almost 20 years.
 
Sally was predeceased by her husband Harold, her parents Dannial and Magdalene, her
brother Eugene Cruise, her sister Rosalie Cruise and her grandson Brandon Scott.
 
Sally is survived by her sons Glenn Dreyer and Gene Dreyer, her daughters Gloria Dreyer,
Kathryn Lambrix and Mary Dreyer, her sister Sharon Thomas and her granddaughters Sarah
Lambrix and Whitney Scott.
 
Sally will not only be missed by her family, but by all the people she touched in her lifetime.
